Healthfirst fully transitioned to Availity Essentials as our new provider portal

Providers can access all Healthfirst tools through Availity Essentials, our new secure provider portal platform.

The legacy Healthfirst Provider Portal was retired on Dec. 22, 2025.

 
Register for an Availity Essentials training for Healthfirst providers
  • January 13, 2026 from noon-1pm - Eligibility & Benefits; Messaging, Authorizations, Payer Space
  • January 14, 2026 from 11am-noon - Claim Submission, Claim Status, Remit Viewer
  • January 15, 2026 from noon-1pm - Appeals
