We developed this guide to show how you can improve your patients’ experience and help with the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey that your Health and Recovery Plan (HARP) patients may receive this year.
The guide outlines actions you can take before, during and at the end of appointments. In addition, the guide also includes the HARP CAHPS survey questions.
