Between October and December, parents and guardians of children (0‒17 years old) who are enrolled in our Healthfirst Medicaid and Child Health Plus plans will receive the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey to report on and evaluate their child’s patient experience.
Patient satisfaction is key, and your patients’ office wait times and ability to schedule timely appointments are important measures in the CAHPS survey.
